5. “People in earlier times ate better because the food they bought was more nutritious than what most people now eat.”


I agree with the sentence “People in earlier times ate better because the food they bought was more nutritious than what most people now eat.”
In the past time, people always stay closely the nature like they are a unit of it. The people didn’t know how to cook variously ways. They ate everything in fresh that made them received some toxin but less than good substance because all plans in the past were grown up in pure nature. The plans didn’t have a lot of chemical. After that, people learned about how to change something with someone. The process was developed to the market that they can bought something from there. People still like to eat nutritious food. They always cook their food by themselves with the natural ingredients that they grown or bough from the market.
In this time, the modern societies make people don’t care about nutritious food. They are very busy from their work and their life. They can eat whatever foods that don’t make them to be complicated. There are many kinds of foods in the market some are healthy or not. Many people seem to like unhealthy food more than healthy food such as fast food. They haven’t known where were ingredients from or how were plans grown. All these reasons show you about people in earlier times ate better than people in the current.

I agree with you. Nowadays, the people don't have any time for take care themselves.
It's cause of disease. I think the people should take care their health.

I agree with you in this point. In present, people like to eating fast food it cause of many diseases. Because it's easy to eat and they don't have any time for cook. Therefore, people in nowadays eat some food that risk of disease more the people in the past who eat freash food.

I agree with you. I think nowadays people in society like to imitate other. Although many kind of food are unhealthy food, people like to eat because it’s so popular.

You are right in this point. Many people should eat foods that benefit for their health because a lot of disease come from bad foods like fast foods. Eating fresh foods and don't forget exercise too because it can make our shape slimming too.
